-Put the durian dessert powder into boiling water (2cup /500ml) , continue to boil & stir constantly until dessert dissolve .
- Pour into mould and allow to cool , dessert will set in 30 minutes with refrigeration .
- Remove dessert from mould & serve with fruit cocktail .
